Looks like the information about Zilec being the developer of this stems from an unreliable article, as pointed out in the comments to the Digital Antiquarian article. The developer has been changed back to Konami (see earlier discussion).

Thanks for correcting that. It's amazing how the early video game industry was so unconcerned with its own history. See: the difficulty of finding the correct year of release for many EU games in the eighties (and even nineties).
