The atmosphere - drifting around in a lonely microcosm, trying to find some sense in everything. Crystal Pixels also simulate inertia in a very realistic way. This make CP a bit frustrating at first; but over time this becomes a part of the game's sharm.

The Inertia-effects make it quite frustrating at first, but the user soon gets the hang of it.

This is quite possibly among the most original and surreal freeware works you'll find on the internet; chances are you have never seen anything quite like it, and may never see anything like it again in the future.

Crystal Pixels is a beautiful work of interactive art; frustrating at first, but still so special that the frustration soon goes over to become curiosity and the will to explore this microcosm further.
