Capcom was well acquainted with shooters by the time of TaleSpin‘s release. It’s not their best shooter, but it is one of their most underrated Disney adventures. Give it a “whirl.” It deserves your “props.” Aaaaand… I’m spent.
Capcom was really on a roll with their Disney liscense in the early ‘90’s. All of the games in the series are worth picking up. Talespin is a lot of fun and is not very expensive.
If you fancy a shoot-'em-up with some nicely-drawn cartoon graphics, spin your tail with this. However, I think most Talespin fans will be disappointed.

Vi savner oppfinnsomhet og muligheten til å både gjøre og se mer. Flere oppgraderinger, lengre nivå og fyldigere spillmekanikk ville absolutt ha gjort seg. Dette virker, ironisk nok, som en fattigere utgave av Mega Man, bare uten magien – og med fly. TaleSpin flapser lett avgårde inn i historien som en helt gjennomsnittlig plattformer uten de store høydene, med dårlig kraft i motoren og lite luft under vingene.
TaleSpin is een vreemde eend in Capcom's reeks Disney platformers. In plaats van dat je door de werelden springt, vlieg je in een vliegtuigje en dat maakt de besturing er niet beter op.
The gameplay is the big downer in this one, as the speed of Baloo’s
plane is much too slow, especially when coupled with the single-shot firepower capability. Although the plane’s mobility, firing
speed, and other plane attributes can be upgraded via cash accrued
at the end of each level, this decision short-changes the gameplay
and makes the first few levels in the under-powered plane more
difficult than they should be, creating a difficulty imbalance early
