When the game loads it gives shows the company logo followed by a language selection screen. If a savegame is not found on the memory card the player can load another or start a new game

Starting a new game. The game has the usual introduction set to a rock backing track. Surprisingly for a licensed product this is all flashing lights and special effects, no video montage

The main menu is a side scrolling affair. All options selectable here also lead to side scrolling menus

The basic controller configuration. There are four to choose from and none of them can be customised

There are three levels of difficulty. Each setting here can be customised
