According to the XSIV Games website (Wayback Machine copy), Tyrian 2000 was translated into French, German and Spanish, with demo versions available in each language. These versions aren't immediately available on the Internet today, and possibly the only trace of them is the French language sidebar interface that was mistakenly included in the SoundBlaster Live! patch for the English version (available here):

Searching the contents of various magazine cover CDs that are included in Hallfiry's Index has also yielded no interesting results. These localized versions have apparently become quite obscure, so I wonder if anyone of you guys here knows anything about them?
