Loading and running the shareware release in 2013 brings up this message on the first screen. It's not a problem though.

After displaying a brief help message the game naturally shows a reminder to register the game as well as the option to play

This is the screen where the player selects the scenario they want to play.

The nanobots don't just march down the screen as in Space Invaders, they swoop and attack like they do in Galaxian. Note how the weapons have been upgraded by catching power-ups.

After each wave the player's score is displayed and the game analyses the player's methods

This is the game's high score screen. It comes pre-loaded with these scores

The action keys can be reconfigured. This option is accessed via the menu bar.
