Unlike football, not only goals win a game: usage of alternative scoring methods and multipliers (game statistic).

MVP ("Most valuable player") award is granted after each game to a single player.

Checking the transfer market. If you can afford, some transfers are cheaper than training of your current players.

You can train players individual or as tactic group (defense-midfield-foward). If you can afford it!
