Well, I was just playing some Mafia, and I was doing a race. The guy who got in third place was named Peter Tägtgren, like the vocalist of Hypocrisy and the sole member of Pain. Of course, at that point, I wasn't going like "OMG REFERENCES", but rather "Could it be...?" I also saw Mark Greenway (Barney, the vocalist of Napalm Death) in the results. So I Googled, and I got this text from some site:

"During the race, many of the opponents' names refer to heavy metal musicians (e.g. Chris Barnes, Barney Greenway and Peter Tagtgren). The names of two of the main characters in the game, namely Tommy and Morello are probably derived from the well-known guitarist Tom Morello. Also there are a cars that refer to heavy metal (e.g. Black Metal, Bolt Thrower)."

It certainly seems like there are some awesome references in here, however, is there anything to CONFIRM this? I think it's a bit too much to be just a coincidence, though. But yeah. Any official word?
