Blair Rose McLaughlin

Specialized skills including; app, web, video game production, localization, ESRB, operations management and licensed brand management in the industry since 2005. Experienced in working directly with stakeholders to ensure all the goals of a project are achieved and met within scope and budget.

Blair worked in QA starting in 2005-2014 at Disney Interactive, holding various roles from QA functional tester to Project Lead - Licensed titles. In these roles Blair also acted as ESRB Liason for the Walt Disney company, doing video editing, submissions and relationship management with the ESRB. She worked with ESRB to create a pre-submission process that ended up being adopted industry-wide. She also created and streamlined the QA process for Disney licensed games.

Blair acted as domestic PM for the International Production team at Disney Interactive from 2014-2017, while straddling the Operational Intelligence team. During which Blair oversaw Disney Interactive SSO integration. Designed and authored companywide Greenlight-Launch processes and workflow documentation at Disney Interactive. And she rebuilt and trained an International Production team for Disney Interactive after a staff reduction.

From there, Blair accepted a role at Age of Learning as Project Manager - Localization from 2017-2021. Blair was able to streamline Age of Learning Globalization processes and JIRA workflows.

In 2021 Blair decided to make the leap into start-up life, joining Kinoo Inc. working as a Producer on award winning AR Video Chat activities. Blair successfully launched 13 out of 23 activities in Kinoo app since taking the role in July 2021.
