Megan Gaiser became the Chief Creative Strategy Officer of Her Interactive, Inc., relinquishing her position as the company's CEO to Stuart Moulder in May 2011.
Ms. Gaiser has many years of experience in the film, video and multimedia industries with expertise in adapting story, imagery and feel across multiple boundaries. Prior to joining Her Interactive in 1997, Ms. Gaiser spent over two years at the Microsoft Corporation as producer of CarPoint, the company’s first specifically online product. Ms. Gaiser also produced the company’s first online surround video segment, a virtual online chat environment and several promotional ads, one of which received Microsoft’s Consumer Division CD Sampler Award in 1995. Before coming to Microsoft, Ms. Gaiser spent eleven years as Editor and Producer of several award-winning documentaries as well as corporate, educational and public service announcements.
She is the recipient of over fifteen Cine Golden Eagle awards, three New York Festival awards and the 25th International 1986 Documentary Milano Award, and has contributed works to the 27th International 1986 Film & Video Congress in Zurich and the International Eko Film 1986 in Czechoslovakia.
