Simon has gained extensive experience and knowledge of the games industry on many levels over 10 years. He is the Company's key commercial negotiator with publisher clients. With the support of a 70-strong development team, he manages a successful working relationship with such prestigious clients as Electronic Arts, BBC Worldwide, LEGO Media, VIS Interactive, Wanadoo Edition, BBC Imagineering, Havas Interactive, Knowledge Adventure, Vivendi Universal, Blitz Games, Hutchison 3, amongst others. Simon is ultimately responsible for commercial issues and ensuring production budgets, timetables and quality standards are upheld across all Asylum products.

He is also a creative program designer and producer with an overriding passion for the games business. In the first year of operation he was executive producer of the global hit Play with the Teletubbies for the BBC and Havas. Simon has managed a smooth working relationship with the BBC that began in 1995 with his former company, Studio Fish. Simon was also project manager for Dr Who-Destiny of the Doctors.

In the past, Simon has worked as a creative software solutions consultant for some of the worlds leading companies, among them Reuters, Microsoft and Sybase. Simon is currently engaged as Executive Producer of a new martial arts / platform game called Kid Ninja that is being developed as an in-house brand. Not only will this appear on all three gaming consoles - PlayStation2, GameCube and XBox, but it will be licensed out for TV and publishing exploitation also.
