The Altair 8800 is a microcomputer introduced in 1975 and marketed by MITS. It uses an Intel 8080 as the core processor. As one of the first major players in the home computer market it featured many games. The computer didn't come with a monitor by default so some games are made to work with the rows of LED lights on the front panel.
