The TI-99/4 and TI-99/4A are two computers released by Texas Instruments in 1979 and 1981 respectively. It claims to be the first 16-bit home computer, based on the TMS9900 microprocessor. Unlike the primary competition at the time the computer used proprietary cartridges for data instead of floppy disks or cassette tapes.

The TI-99/4A was involved in a vicious price war with the Commodore VIC-20. This caused the TI-99/4A to get a good market share but generally selling far below production costs. Production was stopped in March 1984.

There are 196 video games on TI-99/4A. They were released between the years 1979 and 2023. 124 people from 88 developers and publishers are credited with these titles!
