NAWAR Ltd.

NAWAR was a Polish game development studio founded in 1996. The company developed a proprietary engine called NAWAR 3D Engine to power its games. Around September 2003 the studio's website vanished and all development appeared to have been halted. The studio may have evolved into FRONTLINE Ltd., as it consisted of a number of NAWAR employees and worked on games that were initially started by the NAWAR team.

The NAWAR studio's released titles include Demonic Speedway and the educational game Urwisy w opałach. The team also created a number of smaller games for children titled Cool Soccer, Mad Plumber, Crazy Clown, Chicken Raid, Pet Jumping, Rolls, Space Man, Naval Battle and Cyber Mouse Adventures. The studio's incomplete titles are Mythora (eventually released as The Banished) and Gun Warrior, both finished by FRONTLINE. The status of two other titles, Mafioso and Dark Conflict, is unconfirmed.
