Action Forms Ltd. is a game software developing company, based in Kiev, Ukraine. It was founded in 1995 by four enthusiasts Oleg Slusar, Yaroslav Kravchenko, Igor Karev and Denis Vereschagin. It took almost two years to form a solid professional team, including programmers, level designers, sound engineers and artists.
Currently the company is dormant and members have founded Tatem Games to port games in the Carnivore franchise to platforms such as iPhone, iPad, PSP and PS3.
