Beenox, Inc., also known as Beenox Studios, is a game development studio founded in May 2000 and based in Quebec City, Canada, developing for personal computer platforms and consoles. In March 2004 the company launched two labels: Beenox Score for original game development, and Beenox Shift as its porting division. The company became a fully-owned subsidiary of Activision in May 2005.

Later, at least in 2008, the Shift / Score division was abandoned and all work is now credited as Beenox Inc.
