Blimey! Games Ltd. was a software development company headquartered on the banks of the River Thames in central London. Ian Bell, formerly Managing Director and founder of SimBin Development Team, was the company's CEO. Blimey! Games Ltd. was founded in May 2005 by many members of the team behind GTR: FIA GT Racing Game.

The company developed GTR 2 FIA GT Racing Game (2006) as an independent subcontractor to SimBin, and Blimey! was acquired by 10tacle studios AG on 3rd February 2006.
