C&E, Inc. (全崴資訊) was once among the largest entertainment software companies in Taiwan. They produced several games for the Nintendo Famicom, Sega Mega Drive, and other consoles, as well as the PC. In addition, they co-produced the Super A'can software development kit.
C&E is perhaps best known for Super Fighter (1993) and Beggar Prince (1996).
Super Fighter Team, based in San Diego, California, is now the legal custodian of C&E's video game properties.
