SystemSoft was best known for their Daisenryaku series of war strategy games. Coupled to a cash infusion and steps taken to further the game business, the business changes its name to SystemSoft Alpha Corporation.

In order to continue game development under the SystemSoft brand, Alphashock takes over all personnel from the SystemSoft game division.

Alphashock takes over the rights to all products and trademarks from the game division of SystemSoft.
