Tomcat System (株式会社トムキャットシステム) was a Meguro, Tokyo-based development studio founded in March 1991 by programmer Ryōichi Ōkubo, who had previously worked at Namco and Tengen. Ōkubo was the company's president for its entire existence; the company was closed in 2017 following his death the year prior.
