TopWare Interactive

Overview

TopWare Interactive was an interactive division of German company Topware CD-Service AG, which was created in 1980s. It was founded in 1995 as a game development studio in Poland. In April 2001 the main TopWare core in Germany went bankrupt, and all of its rights were bought by ZUXXEZ Entertainment AG, partially packed of TopWare employees. The development division also was acquired by Zuxxez, and later divided into the Toontraxx and Reality Pump studios.

In April 2005 Zuxxez decided to refresh a TopWare name as a game publishing division in US, named TopWare Interactive Inc. The German publishing and distribution division is called TopWare Interactive GmbH.

This entry refers to the original TopWare Interactive company and does not include anything after the closure in 2001.
