James has been creating/directing Motion Capture since ’93 (yes, one of the originals!), with many years of experience directing and enhancing performance capture data, improving pipelines, pushing actor performance, as well as overseeing the stage, system operation, managing talent and facility operation.

His specialities are anchored in directing on-set talent, coordinating sessions, prop creation, asset management/asset delivery and managing talent/vendor/outsourcing client relationships. James works closely with EP's, HOD's, Sr. /Lead Creatives, and Cinematic Directors to enhance the emotional and physical performance of the mocap talent. James loves problem solving and resolving technical issues in real-time.
