Williams Entertainment, Inc. was a subsidiary of WMS Industries, Inc.. It was formed after the acquisition of Tradewest, Inc.. In 1996, it took over the home publishing duties of Midway Games and was renamed Midway Home Entertainment.

It went out of business in 2009 along with the rest of Midway.
