Trish Wright moved to the game industry in 1992 from Mattel Toys where she held the title of Director of Marketing, Barbie. She has been credited with helping to launch the brand from its then stagnant 2% growth rate to double-digit growth.

She has held the VP of Marketing title at both Activision and Interplay; the VP of Development title at Interplay; and the VP, Business Unit Manager at Havas Interactive on the Knowledge Adventure brand. Developers typically consider her "one of the good guys" that can communicate between the highly passionate and creative development community and publishers' executive staff.

Her posts have also included significant stints in marekting research, advertising and packaged goods.
