Interactive business strategist Dan Lee Rogers joined Interactive Studio Management (ISM) in 2005 when the management firm he founded and directed, Biz Dev, Inc., was acquired by ISM.

Prior to BizDev’s acquisition, for over fifteen years, Dan worked in key executive management roles within the interactive publishing industry, including Viviendi Universal (Sierra On-Line General Manager), Virgin Interactive (Marketing Director), and IBM (Executive Director–Consumer Software).

Dan is recognized as an industry expert in deal negotiations and acquisition research. A frequent contributor to Game Developer Magazine, Gamasutra, and other industry publications, he continues to be a leading voice on behalf of independent game developers, offering valuable insight into the process of creating successful business agreements and relationships.
