As far as I remember, you had to chase some guy in a gray eary-3D city in a car, of a hover-car some of sorts. Then, when you got him, you'll see an interrogation room mini-game, where you had to interrogate the criminal choosing correct questions limited by a timer. If the time ran out, the criminal would be on free the streets... It had, if I'm not mistaken, a "Cloud" in the name. I think it was for Dos / maybe Early Windows.
