According to Wikipedia, PEGI is now used in South Africa. It stands for "Pan European Game Information", but since when was South Africa ever a part of Europe?

If PEGI can do this, then perhaps they should rate videogames instead of the OFLC. This would mean that this country would finally get a true rating system where games can be rated 18+ and remove the assumption that "games are child's play".
