"That is sample art inspired by Hyper Force when I was soliciting box cover art. So it's something I requested, although I can't recall who the artist was. I've always liked that pic, even if unfinished. Tony did the actual cover art for Protector and Hyper Force, which was all 3D rendered art. Someone else (from Europe) did the hand-drawn sample." - Carl Forhan, Songbird Productions.
