The Good
Well, one cannot say Atari didn't try. They made it possible for you to decide about the angle of the cannon, the speed at which you'll be shot, the relative position of the cannon and its target, etc.
The Bad
I didn't bother to check if the maths and physics of the game fit with reality. I just had enough trying the different settings to watch my man spell a big O-U-C-H at most of his landings. What's the point, really? How many times can you try and fail and try and win? The game soon gets on the shelf, if not in a garage sale.
The Bottom Line
What do you expect? Action? Yawn! I'm so bored you can just shoot me.
