Game Overview

WORMS2 puts players in command of a platoon of wily worms inhabiting insanely bizarre, randomly generated terrain that changes each time a new game is played. The player's goal is to utterly obliterate, exterminate and generally make life lethal for their rivals using an assortment of outrageous weapons. Players can face up to six opponents over the Internet, LAN or modem and up to 18 can play in the "hot seat" game. Ultimately, only one wacky worm team will win.

WORMS2 features 48 weapons to choose from along with a weapons editor that will allow players to invent new and more powerful weapons by combining different weapon elements. In addition, the game boasts an even broader array of hysterically funny cartoon-quality SVGA animations than the original WORMS. Players can customize hundreds of levels with the innovative "graffiti mode." Combined with the explosive stereo sound effects and music tracks (including a programmable jukebox) WORMS2 is an absolutely immersive and wildly comical experience.
