Introduction
Our first view of a human town in the introduction.
The first thing we do in the game is create a character by picking their class and appearance.
Each class has four different appearances available; there's no gameplay difference, but it lets the player choose whatever sprite and portrait they like.
The grid at the bottom of the screen shows the player's current guild. This is empty at the start of the game, but it can be built up with up to sixteen characters.
Adding the starting character to the guild!
Meeting with the guild registration master. She allows the player to register new characters, adjust the guild membership, and set up parties.
Naming the player's guild.
These beautiful splash screens are displayed the first time the player reaches a town.
Visiting the quest office - this is where the player can take on available quests, or report in when they're completed.
Learning about a new quest.
The list of currently-available quests.
The "custom" menu allows players to spend skill points on customizing their characters.
Building a party; each character can be assigned a position in front or back.
Overworld map.
Battle; choosing a character's actions from a wheel.
There are cute cut-in animations when characters attack or use abilities.
You win!
