Megadrive version

The Megadrive version of Monster Lair is notoriously inferior to the high-quality Turbografx CD port that had been released a year prior. Though technically decent, the Megadrive port is missing no less than five levels from the original arcade version: rounds 5, 6, 9, 12, and 13 are gone, which represents more than a third of the original arcade cabinet content!
