With the missile bonus, finishing the level should be easy.
Level 2 - got the increased paddle size.
"No colours". Not that it gets much in the way of playing...
Level 3 - got a second paddle at the ceiling. Does this mean I'll have to worry about the ball escaping through the top of the screen now?
Level 4 introduces unbreakable bricks.
