THQ DISCOVERS ALIEN PLOT TO DESTROY ALL HUMANS!

**Beyond Conspiracy, THQ and Pandemic Reveal Extraterrestrial Plans To Take "One Giant Step On Mankind"

CALABASAS HILLS, CA, May 5, 2004** – Word reached the highest levels of THQ Inc. (NASDAQ: THQI) today of a growing alien abduction and world domination conspiracy tied to a mysterious project ominously titled Destroy All Humans!™. In collaboration with Pandemic Studios, developer of Full Spectrum Warrior™, THQ is taking all prudent measures to thwart the invasion, including providing their unclassified intelligence to local civic organizations and to the population at large. While teams of top experts are still decrypting fresh information, THQ's brass has indicated that they believe the Destroy All Humans! onslaught will strike Sony PlayStation®2 and Microsoft Xbox™ users across the globe in Spring 2005.

"We're in the business of publishing cutting-edge video games, though if you're at the right place at the right time, you sometimes get a chance to save the world too," said Peter Dille, Sr. vice president worldwide marketing, THQ. "When our teams uncovered this scheme to Destroy All Humans!, we felt it our civil duty to crack the conspiracy and save the planet."

Unnamed sources close to Dille have described Destroy All Humans! as a program designed by hideous aliens to unleash an intergalactic arsenal of destructive weapons and frightening psychic powers to subdue their most feared enemy in the galaxy – Mankind! Specialists at Pandemic who have intercepted and deciphered several alien transmissions claim the invaders are called 'Furons' and that a fierce little extraterrestrial warrior named 'Cryptosprodium-137' will carry out their first reconnaissance mission. His mission is to infiltrate our society, control us, harvest our brain stems and ultimately destroy us all.

"Scary, when you think about it," comments Pandemic President Josh Resnick, himself a six-time alien abductee. "I mean, if destroying the earth's cities, abducting its citizens, and probing their minds to discover human weaknesses were all just some exciting new blast-happy destruction-fest for my Sony PlayStation2 or Microsoft Xbox, that would be one thing. But there's much more to it than that. Once they get you, get inside your mind...well, all I'm saying is, before they take me next time the least they could do is buy me a drink."

Top officials have promised additional details regarding Destroy All Humans! will be available at the Electronic Entertainment Expo, May 12-14 at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Until then, all citizens of Planet Earth are encouraged to remain calm and report any suspicious activities to their local THQ or Pandemic office immediately.

GARRY SCHYMAN SCORES DESTROY ALL HUMANS!™

**FILM/TV COMPOSER CREATES ORCHESTRAL SCORE IN STYLE OF CLASSIC 1950's SCI-FI MOVIES FOR NEW PANDEMIC STUDIOS/THQ VIDEOGAME

Los Angeles, CA – June 6th, 2005** – Composer Garry Schyman (www.garryschyman.com), whose experience outside of videogames includes feature films, television movies, and series television, has created the original orchestral score for the upcoming videogame Destroy All Humans!, developed by Pandemic Studios and published by THQ. The musical score is written in the style of 1950's sci-fi movies such as the classic The Day The Earth Stood Still, using a Theremin as the lead instrument. Schyman recorded his 60-minute cinematic score in Los Angeles with some of Hollywood's top orchestral musicians.

Destroy All Humans! turns players' conventional expectations of playing the human defending against an alien invasion to now allow them to play the alien hell bent on infiltrating and taking over all of humanity. Packed with non-stop action, advanced alien weaponry and abilities, and humorous science-fiction mythology, Destroy All Humans! uncovers an open ended world where the player can unleash massive destruction from a UFO or land at any point to walk among humans as the 3rd person alien.

Commenting on his music for the game Garry Schyman said, "I never played the humor of the game directly. Instead I wrote the score as if this was 1953 and I was a working composer of that era. With that in mind I played it dead serious, which led to an overly dramatic score and the humor that comes from that approach."

Greg Borrud, Director of Production, Pandemic Studios, attested, "Garry not only nailed the style for Destroy All Humans!, he helped shape the game with his brilliant score. The soundtrack takes the game to a whole new level."

Destroy All Humans! is scheduled to release for Xbox™ and PlayStation® 2 on June 21, 2005. For more information please visit www.destroyallhumansgame.com.

CALABASAS HILLS, Calif., June 8, 2005** – THQ Inc. (NASDAQ: THQI) today announced the discovery of paranormal intergalactic music being transmitted from the far reaches of space. Early developments have proven that the deciphered music instinctively cause uninhibited cases of dance and the need to generally shake one's booty.

Newly uncovered classified company memos shed light on some of the classic 50's songs being cross-pollinated and remixed, including "Sh-Boom" by The Crew Cuts, "Little Star" by The Elegants and "Lollipop" by The Chordettes, as well as remixed tracks by Junkie XL, Timo Maas featuring Kelis and Meat Beat Manifesto. Crush the puny earthlings and obliterate them all, as you head up the alien invasion in
THQ's humankind-threatening action adventure.

For years, primitive Earth beings have been destroying hordes of alien invaders, all in the
name of interactive entertainment. THQ and Pandemic's latest puts the boot firmly on the
other foot. Assume the alien mantle of 'Crypto' (full name Cryptosprodium-137), a scout for
the invaders known as the Furons, who is undertaking reconnaissance and making initial

can always take to his UFO to wreak large-scale havoc on humankind's cities.

The game's conspiracy-laden plot is packed with popular sci-fi references, with regular
nods to the likes of Men In Black and The Twilight Zone, making for one of the most
entertaining alien invasions on PS2 to date.
