German and French title
Allied General was released as Panzer General II in Germany and France. This was probably done because of advertising reasons, but this title doesn't fit well: the player is commanding Allied forces instead of German ones. The USA Panzer General II was released as Panzer General IIID (or Panzer General 3D) in Germany and as Opération Panzer in France.
