The Amazing Virtual Sea-Monkeys
- The Amazing Virtual Sea-Monkeys (2002 on PlayStation, Game Boy Advance)
Description
The player has to look after Sea-Monkeys in a virtual fish tank, providing them with food and oxygen. They are created from a virtual packet of "Instant Life" - much like the real-life Sea-Monkeys which the game is based upon - and can then be encouraged to collect pearls as they grow, which can be used to purchase add-ons for the tank, such as fish and toys.
Created using a modified version of the technology from the Creatures series - although without the complicated AI of that series - the game simply involves interacting (generally using the mouse) with the Sea-Monkey "pets" and the contents of the tank, rather than involving any specific goals.
