Well executed, good depth, good challenge, good replayability. Each time I start wishing it had a feature the feature is already there.
The Bad
Somewhat unstable on Vista.
The Bottom Line
Best 4X out there. Like the Asimov Foundation Trilogy put to a strategy game.
