Each section of the game show is named after a quadrant of the galaxy. The Alpha Quadrant is first. A female "Q" joins as the second host.

The Alpha Quadrant portion features quiz questions from various categories.

A Red Alert will show a video clip and then quiz you on what you just watched.

Quiz questions can come from all of the Star Trek shows through Star Trek Voyager.

Questions from the Star Trek movies are also included.

The second part of the game is the Beta Quadrant.

In the Beta Quadrant clues are given over time.

As more clues are revealed, the number of points you win for getting the correct answer are reduced.

Successfully answering a quiz question reveals the associated image.

The third part of the game is the Gamma Quadrant.

The questions often require expert knowledge of Star Trek episode details.

A question about Star Trek Voyager's pilot episode.

The fourth part of the game is the Delta Quadrant. There are multiple game types for this portion and only one is chosen for each playthrough.

The "Dread, they shirt is red" game revolves around crew members that died on the show.

This unfortunate crew member met his fate in one of the earliest Star Trek episodes, "The Man Trap".

"Collective Corrective" is another possible Delta Quadrant game. Similar to "Wheel of Fortune", players pick letters to fill out a phrase.
