Nintendo and The Pokémon Company International occasionally partnered with stores such as Toys "R" Us to hold promotional Pokémon events. Items such as sticker sheets, pamphlets, and posters were often available to customers for the event's duration.
This sticker sheet was given out for free at an event held in the United States and Puerto Rico. The event was held from March 8 to 21, 2009. The level 100 Regigigas referenced in the text was a special download offered via local wireless for the event's duration.
