Leaving
Description
Leaving is a short interactive story made by William David as a way to say goodbye to his colleagues at Ubisoft, where he worked for many years, and to announce he is giving it a shot as an independent developer. The player controls a yellow character, controlled through the arrow keys, who can jump and can only be guided in a single direction. Along the way, he meets other characters who represent the thoughts and the process he went through before making the leap.

Trivia
Precursor
William David is not the first developer to use a game to say goodbye to a game company he worked for. Earlier, Jarrad Woods did the same with his game A Message for 2K Australia.
