Gabe and Lian are now renegade agents on the run from U.S. intelligence after discovering that the Agency was behind the manufacture of the lethal Syphon Filter virus. The Agency wants to secretly sell the virus to the highest bidder, one which will then hold the world hostage. Lian Xing is already infected with the virus and Gabe Logan barely escapes alive from a plane crash. But there's no time to waste.
