My Sex Slave is a Classmate is a visual novel in which the player controls Masato Kirishima. Masato's father was the CEO of the mighty Kirishima Conglomerate and when he died (one week before the game starts) it was decided that Masato would succeed him as CEO. However, there is one condition. His father's secretary tells him that the condition is that he, according to the family's tradition, must have a female slave and that this female must willingly take the position as his slave.

One day after revealing the condition she presents a possible slave to him; her own younger sister and also his classmate. He now have three weeks to train her to become his slave. The training takes place in the basement of his house, at school or at public locations.
