Simulation of Millikan Oil Drop Experiment
Description
Simulation of Millikan Oil Drop Experiment is exactly that: a simulation of the experiment performed by Robert Millikan and Harvey Fletcher in 1909 to measure the elementary electric charge.
In the game the player can increase and decrease the voltage of the experiment with increments of one, ten or a hundred. Once the player is certain the charged oil drop is stable, he or she can press A for analysis. The player can also determine the percentage error by pressing P.
The game features five experiments after which the computer tries to calculate "e" (the charge of a single electron).
