The level select screen is your quilt, turned giant and nightmarish. Each level is called a Nightmare. Ned is facing the portal to the Graveyard Nightmare.
Some pumpkins verbally harass Ned and vomit their seeds and pulp on his head.
Ned faces a creepy skeletal plant thing.
Its method of attack is quite unpleasant.
