Wujin de Suming: Shouhuzhe zhi Jian Waizhuan
Description
In a decisive moment, the cat-girl Jean decided to let the young warrior Shot complete his quest alone, and entered a portal that led to a different realm. At first she is determined to look for fame and adventure, which unexpectedly begins with protecting a little duckling that mysteriously appeared on the city streets and followed her. However, soon she realizes that evil stretches its hands everywhere, and she cannot escape from it.
Wujin de Suming is a Taiwanese-made role-playing game and a self-described side-story to Guardian's Sword. It recounts events parallel to Shot's adventures in the previous game, telling what happened to Jean after she left his party. Visually and gameplay-wise, the game is nearly identical to its predecessor, with the exception of a few interface tweaks and a larger amount of spells and limit breaks. Like before, the world consists of interconnected pre-rendered locations, and the turn-based battles have a real-time element in that they proceed automatically by default and require the player to input commands in the middle of the action.
