This place is very enigmatic - it's connected to the basement level of just another run-down house in the city centre...

...but looks like taken straight from a fantasy game, or at least a historical mystery.

We leave that place through something looking much more mundane - a wine cellar.

A street view. Do American houses really have fire escapes which look like that? I've never seen them here in Europe...

The place called "Frank's garage" on the map is rather a car repair workshop.

This is Jack's "hammerspace" - it can even accommodate an anchor. Anyway, it always makes me smile because it reminds me of an old advertisement...

...in which a man in a cloak was standing like an exhibitionist ready to "flash", but when you opened the flaps, you could see that there was a collection of tools under his cloak.

...and behind the casino is the office of its owner - Scaletti, a mafia boss.

At the harbour - Jack just needs to get the previously mentioned anchor from this boat.

Leaving the boat - yup, the wooden plank also did fit in Jack's "hammerspace".

This is why Jack was wearing a uniform in the second inventory screenshot: he finds one at the military base and wears it to avoid arousing suspicion.
