TrashMan
- Trashman (1982 on VIC-20, 1983 on Commodore 64)
- Trashman (1984 on Commodore 64, ZX Spectrum, 1986 on Amstrad CPC)
Description
TrashMan is a variation on Sokoban in which the player controls the Sanitation Engineer, who, armed only with a push broom, must push piles of trash scattered about each level into garbage cans. It is possible to push only one pile of trash at a time, and trash can only be push forward from behind, so the player must plan the proper route through the mazelike levels in order to get all of the trash piles into the garbage cans. An ill-advised shove could push a trash pile into a corner, from which it cannot be moved.
TrashMan contains fifty levels. For each level, the game records a 'high score', which is the least number of steps taken in solving the puzzle.
