Space Capstar II

Randolph Clark Rodriguez (Captain Randy) roams the galaxy in his trusty ship, the Capstar II. His latest task is to collect the rare mineral called Red Krypton from Point K9 sector. The game begins when the Capstar II arrives the first planet.

With the mouse the player controls the pod separated from the mother ship on its way to the depth of the planet through the hole. It is possible to rotate it around its mass center and to accelerate taking into account the gravity. If the pod hits a wall or an obstacle, it will take damage and leak a certain amount of fuel. Using the pod's boosters will also consume fuel. If fuel runs out, it’s game over for Captain Randy.

Each mission comprises four stages:* Stage 1+2: move deeper into the mineshaft - navigates through the space mine and the stage is cleared when the pod reaches the arrows;

• Stage 3: Retrieve the item - the stage is cleared when the rare Red Krypton is reached.

• Stage 4: Dock with mother ship - the stage is cleared when the pod is moved into the docking area in front of the mother ship. However, the pod's speed must be below a certain level, or it will be unable to dock.

There are five difficulty levels in the game. High scores are stored on the game server in top 10 tables for each difficulty level.
