Towing Simulator
Description
Towing Simulator, not to be confused with the similarly themed Tow Truck Simulator 2010, is a job simulator in which the player takes the role of a tow truck driver. The basic idea is that the player drives through the fictional city and searches for parking violators which are shown as red dots on the mini map. When one is found, the player needs to tow the car on the truck by operating the crane and hydraulics systems. Then the truck needs to be driven to the depot and needs to unload the car on one of the assigned parking spaces. The depot is also the place to switch to a bigger tow truck which allows to tow away heavier cars.
Towing away cars rewards money, but there are also fines to pay if the truck or the cars are scratched. Big accidents lead to an instant game over. There are three playing modes: free play, time trial (towing away as many cars as possible within a time limit for a high score; in this mode there is no drive to the depot because the cars are instantly beamed away when they are on the tow truck) and a third mode in which there are levels with different amounts of parking violators.
