Initial copies of the Japanese release included a nine-track "Special Song CD" featuring music from the game.

For the first month of the game's release, the "Pastel Stripe" outfit -- the outfit Sonico wears on both the front and back covers -- was available as a free DLC download. After August 31, 2014, this outfit was only available as paid DLC.
